Created by husband and wife team, Catherine and Karl Mason, they were the first people to ever make Gin in Yorkshire. Established in late 2012, the business was initially called Spirited Decisions Ltd, but this was renamed just prior to launch.
The Masons had
no prior experience in the world of beverages, yet alone distilling spirits. The
closest they’d come was drinking them! However, Karl did start “G&T Friday”
a Facebook page dedicated to posting a picture every Friday of a G&T. This
has developed into others joining in and posting their own pictures, if you are
on Facebook why not join the 12,000 or so people just for fun, they have
giveaway prizes to win every week (you must be 18 plus and live in the UK to be
