History

Peter Meacock who owns The Canary Gin Bar in Bath, created Bath Gin with Tim Whelehan (an expert mixologist). They started with a one botanical (juniper) Gin and started mixing it with a variety of botanicals via cold infusion. This provided them with the recipe to be distilled, with it finally being launched in spring 2014.
