History

Started in 1886 and established in 1887 by William Grant with his seven sons and two daughters, the Scottish company is renowned for whisky production such as: Grants, Balvenie single malt and Glenfiddich (the most awarded single malt in the world). The company is also known for a range of other branded spirits including: Tullamore Irish Whiskey, Sailor Jerry Rum, Hendrick’s Gin, Reyka Vodka and Milagro Tequila. They are the second largest privately owned distillery (and the 10th largest) in Scotland and in 2013 their sales grossed 1.12 Billion pounds sterling.
