Tasting Notes

On the nose is citrus and pine-like juniper with herbal and light spice notes. On the palate this medium bodied spirit displays a refreshing flavor of juniper, citrus and spice. This gives way to a peppery, cinnamon (cassia) and nutty (almond) finish.

This is makes a good Gin in a Gin & Tonic and an unusual, but nice, Martini – the spicy and nut end profile is quite different compared to classic style Gins. This is a bright, zestful Gin with just a hint of bitterness and could be mixed with a variety of Gin based mixed drinks. A small and select party Gin and one at home in spring or fall, day or night!
