On the nose are pine (juniper) and strong
spice (coriander) with herbal notes. On the palate this light spirit has pine
(juniper) with herbal and spice (cumin) notes. On the close is a dry juniper
and peppery spice finish. Whilst lightly subtle this has a very pine (juniper) forward taste. It is not a sipping Gin and is better used in mixed Gin drinks. At this price it is a relatively smooth and good value Gin, best in a Gin & Tonic, Tom Collins etc. It is not really for a Martini, Aviation etc. as it does not have the complex nuances to do these drinks justice. |
