For most people their daily schedule runs something like this: Get up, shower, eat breakfast, travel to work, spend 8 hours at work, travel home, eat dinner, watch TV and go to bed. Add in things like taking care of kids, animals, exercise, laundry, cleaning and maintenance - and the net result is your week has gone. Is this all there is to life? What is there to look forward to? Where has our sense of exploration and adventure gone? Have we left our passions behind with our childhood? It is very difficult to break habits, these routines which may have developed, perhaps across years: I don’t have the time; I can’t afford it; Who will look after…(insert your choice of pet, spouse, children, parents, plants etc.)? There is always a reason not to, so why not work on solutions instead. We have a whole host of suggestions, some requiring very little time or money…so no excuses left…sorry!
